Sorting is manual and requires operator to manually match the printed address with the delivery box which makes it prone to high risk of errors/mistakes. Hence, this sorting is likely to increase the process inefficiencies.

Ans- sorting -from the question it's clear that sorting requires maximum time and hence the bottleneck.
