Traceability is used to help ensure that the solution conforms to requirements and to assist in scope, change, risk, time, cost, and communication management. On the one hand, you are right. If we are speaking about the first part of the question, 'requirements are managed effectively and efficiently,' this is about Define Requirements Architecture. But then there is the specification: ' The BA discovered some missing functionality as well as some implemented functionality which are not supported by requirements'. This statement is from the Trace Requirements technique. 5.1.2 "It is also used to detect missing functionality or to identify if there is implemented functionality that is not supported by any requirement." I think, correct answer - D
