Focus group as we need elicit ideas about a specific topic -"participants share their perspectives and attitudes and discuss them". So we will be able to find out the information about channels. Survey is not helpful

I understand Survey is under Goverance approach but focus group is the most appropriate. How would you word the survey to provide information on who authority to approve changes. I might just rely on organisation structure than a Survey.

And is B. This is with respect to the project, finding out who and who has the authority to approve changes. Survey cannot be the right option as far as changes to the project is concerned.

applying common sense- survey cant be the answer, how we will do a survey to find out who is the decision-maker with in the org. will we send questionnaire asking people who decides. in the absence of any other option, focus group is the nearest though not perfect
