Selected Answer: A
Risk analysis and management is a technique used to uncover potential threats, record and handle them as per organization's preference. The key words here is BA discovers some threats that can negatively impact value of solution so there is a possibility that further unknown threats also exist that need to identified and handled. Further, risk management and analysis is an ongoing activity. (Refer BABOK v3 10.38.1 & 10.38.2) As per BABOK v3 8.3.3, Solution Performance Analysis are results of the analysis of measurements collected and recommendations to solve for performance gaps and leverage opportunities to improve value. As per this definition, Solution Performance Analysis helps to solve for identified performance gaps and is also an ongoing activity, but it does not help uncover new performance gaps or threats.

Answer C The solution is already installed and BA is evaluating the solution comparing the measures with the value it brings.
