Depending on the approach you need to consider if more upfront analysis is required or an experimental iterative approach - predictive vs adaptive

Selected Answer: A
The timing of BA work is an “element” of BA planning and Monitoring – Plan BA Approach task, which is what they asked for in the question Solution scope on the other hand is an “element” of Strategy Analysis – Define Change Strategy task, so this is not the correct knowledge per the question.

A. Timing of business analysis work The business analysis planning and monitoring element most impacted by the organization's change from a waterfall methodology to an agile approach is the "Timing of business analysis work." In a waterfall methodology, business analysis activities are typically performed in a linear and sequential fashion, often at the beginning of the project. However, in an agile approach, business analysis activities are integrated throughout the project lifecycle in an iterative and incremental manner. The transition to an agile approach affects the timing of when business analysis work is conducted. In agile, requirements may be continually refined and adjusted as the project progresses, and the business analyst's involvement may extend beyond the initial planning phase.

During agile initiatives, scope is constantly evolving. This is managed by the backlog list which is continually reviewed and re-prioritized. This process contributes to the refinement and redefinition of scope in order to meet the evolving and emerging business need.

Answer D (solution scope) is correct. In Agile methodology, the iterations between the phases of the project will be shortened. They are broken in smaller parts. The solution scope cover this change.

I'm wrong. In BA, elicitation and analysis are the most impacted when a business decide to turn to agile management. Thus, Timing of BA work is shortened. Answer A
