Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: Answer: B is incorrect. Although, the Manage Stakeholders Expectations process helps in closing the project, it is not the prime purpose of this process. 🗳️
The prime purpose of the Manage Stakeholders Expectations process is to resolve issues. These issues may be from different areas of the project. An issue log or action item log can be used to document and monitor the resolution of issues. It can be used to facilitate communication and ensure a common understanding of issues. Issues are resolved to maintain good, constructive working relationships among various stakeholders, including team members.
Description, category, cause, probability of occurring, impact on objectives, proposed responses, owner, and the current status of all identified risks are put in the risk register. Updating risk registers is done throughout the project duration. It is not the prime purpose of the Manage Stakeholders Expectations process.
