A. The team’s top interests in training opportunities were aligned with the manager's, which included Negotiation & Conflict Resolution and Facilitation. Both these are close to 10. This is evident from the peaks in both the manager's and the team's ratings for these two training areas. The other options are not accurate because: B is incorrect as the team did not have equal interest across all training areas. C is incorrect because there are matches between the manager's and the team's ratings for some areas. D is incorrect because while Teamwork shows alignment, Adaptability does not show a peak for the manager's rating.
