Where as: Pie Chart (A): Pie charts are used for showing composition but are not effective for displaying stages in a process or flow. They are better suited for showing proportions of a whole. Bullet Chart (C): Bullet charts are useful for comparing a single measure against a target but are not suitable for visualizing multiple stages in a process. Bar Chart (D): Bar charts are good for comparison and composition but do not inherently show the sequential nature and conversion rates between stages as effectively as funnel charts.

Selected Answer: B
The CBDA guide does not explicitly state what Funnel charts are used for. I researched it and this is my conclusion: Funnel Chart (B) Purpose: Funnel charts are specifically designed to show the flow or stages in a process, making them ideal for visualizing conversion rates or stages in a sales pipeline. Application: In the context of the call center data, where there are multiple stages (leads, calls made, calls completed, customers interested, and sales), a funnel chart effectively displays the decreasing values at each stage, highlighting drop-offs and conversion rates between stages.
