I researched it and this is my conclusion: Funnel Chart (B) Purpose: Funnel charts are specifically designed to show the flow or stages in a process, making them ideal for visualizing conversion rates or stages in a sales pipeline. Application: In the context of the call center data, where there are multiple stages (leads, calls made, calls completed, customers interested, and sales), a funnel chart effectively displays the decreasing values at each stage, highlighting drop-offs and conversion rates between stages.
