Answer D. Listing and modifying the global registry The db2greg command can be used to list and modify the global registry settings. The physical global registry file is located at /var/db2/global.reg in a root Db2 installation, and at $HOME/sqllib/global.reg in a non-root Db2 installation.

The answer B is not correct. The answer D db2greg is correct. You can view the global registry using the db2greg command on UNIX and Linux platforms. The command db2set displays, sets, or deletes the values of Db2 profile variables.
