IBM KC Article sais the following: Procedure Follow the steps in the topic, Configuring advanced settings for specific services. In the list of dispatcher services, select EventManagementService. For the Environment configuration setting, in the Value column, click Edit. To add the parameter name, type emf.schedule.validation.enabled. To add the value, type true. I would say correct answer is D.
