Key here is end user, and all of those things are available in KPI viewer, so the answer is A- KPI Viewer

I think the key word here is "long description". KPI Viewer doesnot have that options. all others are available. I just checked in preview site. So for me the answer is C KPI Manager. Please correct me if I am wrong.
