Logical Choice is D. Not sure how "A" is a possible answer - that is applied to an Escalation Point. The question is how do we create the Escalation Point ? Condition Code will take a tricky where clause involving sysdate with a Time Zone Factor - I believe the question is to answer using lapsed Time Attribute and Elapsed Time Interval..

unfortunately the question is very poorly phrased. The "contract expiry information" can be interpreted as either the End Date (Expiry) or the Status = "EXPIRD". If you assume the End Date, the answer is D. If you assume Status, the answer is A

Isn't the question saying "purchase contract's expiration date" ? That's why I think the answer is D".
