Selecting VOID there is no option to change the quantity. This voids the entire line. You need to select items for Return option to enter a quantity to return. Answer is B

I guess the keyword here is "Refuse", this means that the store did not receive these items. So, according to me, the answer is C.

No, the answer can't be C. First, he want to refuse 2, the quantity to void in answer C is 5. Secondly, it is not possible to change the poline quantity if you use the Void Receipt button. Void Receipt will void the whole poline. For me the answer is B
