The data subject already has information regarding how his data will be used GDPR Article Reference: Article 14(5)(a): The obligations referred to in paragraphs 1 to 4 shall not apply where and insofar as the data subject already has the information. This provision ensures that the data subject is not unnecessarily burdened with duplicate information if they are already aware of how their data will be used.
