Selected Answer: D
D. When the personal data is processed by an individual only for their household activities The GDPR includes an exemption for data processed by an individual purely for personal or household activities. This is known as the "household exemption." It means that if someone processes personal data in the course of activities that are strictly personal or related to household management and not connected to any professional or commercial activity, the GDPR does not apply. Examples include maintaining a personal address book or personal correspondence.

C is flat out wrong: because keeping/storing the data is still 'processing' as defined in the GDPR so the GDPR is (still) applicable. D is the right answer

Shouldn't the correct answer be D? See GDPR art.2.2.c: " This Regulation does not apply to the processing of personal data: by a natural person in the course of a purely personal or household activity;"
