couldnt find operational or procedural requirements defined in the textbook, only functional and non-functional, probably A since the textbook gave this exact definiton: Functional requirements describe a specific function of the intended information system. A product tester can evaluate a running system to verify the following functional requirements: “The system shall provide a link to a privacy notice at the bottom of every page”
