In the IAPP transcripts, it was Rogers Communications and Voice recording by a customer, not employees. In 2007, four employees of TELUS Communications Corporation filed a complaint with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada regarding the collection of their personal information. The basis of the complaint was that TELUS had implemented a system called Babylon, which was designed to monitor and collect personal information about employees' activities in real-time. This included information such as the websites they visited, the applications they used, and their keystrokes.I can't find anything on the OPC website.
