Cultural Norm should be the correct answer. Someone replied As everyone has already said, it's definitely D. To put it into context, the CIPM highlights the importance of understanding the context you are working in, i.e. not seeing data protection as a standalone issue, but something which responds to the context of the organisation you are working for. So issues like the wider organisational context, type of business, cultural norms, risk appetite of your organisation, and so on, are all factors in ensuring that the privacy program is positioned to respond to those needs as well as the more privacy/data protection specific legal and regulatory requirements.
