There is no federal law for marital status discrimination. Section 12.2.1.2 They list the federal laws: Age Discrimination in Employment Act (1967), Pregnancy Discrimination Act (1990), and Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (2008). There are state laws for discrimination against marital status.
