The "Robust" principle of WCAG 2.0 focuses on ensuring that content can be reliably interpreted by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies. A does not address robustness of the standard. Color contrast is important for visual accessibility, but it's primarily related to the "Perceivable" principle of WCAG, not Robustness.
A is a sufficient answer, however C could also be right as providing color customization ootions allows for many different types of screens to become accessible
