I am totally blind and I know for a fact that captions wouldn't help me unless you use a Braille display. I am wondering if someone got this question and another one backwards. Captions could help people with lo vision, but it depends on how much vision they actually have. Audio description may help someone hard of hearing if the voice is clearly spoken.

Answer is A, Audio Description: By incorporating audio description, blind and partially-sighted individuals can have a more comprehensive understanding of the content and follow along with the visual elements that they cannot perceive. This allows them to fully engage with video content and have a more inclusive media experience.
