I think neither is correct for that topology, especially because the same network cannot be configured on two different interfaces on the router.
Routed proxy ARP allows communication between hosts whose IP addresses belong to the same network segment but different physical networks. In addition, the default gateway does not need to be configured on the hosts, facilitating management and maintenance. But this is not the case, because all elements networks belong to the same network segment.
