"D" is correct for LSU will be sent after establishment yes, but "C"is not correct since database synchronization will be sent with DD packet not LSU.

Answer D is also correct. Both LSR and LSU are sent before Full state, i.e. before adjacency https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/ru/doc/EDOC1100082074 P.S. On huawei exam in multichoice questions there is no notice, that you should choose three answers, yoy have to choose just all the correct ones. And I heard, that there could be from 1 up to 4 correct answers.

ABD. C is not true because after an adjacency is established, routers use Database Description packets to describe their own LSDBs for LSDB synchronization.
