https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/de/doc/EDOC1100064352/e34143bf/ppp-timer-negotiate Correct Answer: False PPP negotiates between the endpoints the correct configuration and the timer configuration isn't an important factor as long as the 2 points are sending quick enough the answer to eachother, even than they are awaiting the transmittion of the answer, they don't close the connection.

Hard disagree. Correct answer: True https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/de/doc/EDOC1100064352/2a9183ae/timer-hold Quote: "On a low-speed link, the seconds parameter cannot be set to a small value because it may take a long time to transmit oversized packets on the link. If the interval for sending Keepalive packets is set to a small value, transmission of Keepalive packets is delayed. If an interface does not receive any Keepalive packet from the remote interface after five Keepalive intervals, the interface considers that the link fails."
