This is a tricky question because Huawei allows 7 bits for subnetting. Anyway, I guess the answer should be A. https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/br/doc/EDOC1100058917/5952bfa4/example-for-configuring-an-ip-address-with-a-31-bit-mask

SORRY - I ready the question wrongly Answer B is wrong. The correct answer is A. Answer B is right for the maximum number of host bits which is: 2^8-2 = 254
