Selected Answer: D
The correct order of OSHA priorities, from most important to least important, is as follows: Imminent danger situations: These are conditions that pose an immediate threat of serious harm or death to workers. Fatalities and catastrophes: This includes incidents that have already resulted in the death of one or more workers or incidents that have caused multiple hospitalizations. Employee complaints: OSHA gives priority to inspections triggered by complaints filed by workers regarding hazardous conditions or violations of their rights. Referrals and follow-ups: These are inspections prompted by referrals from other agencies or organizations, such as local authorities or other government agencies, or as a follow-up to previously cited violations. Planned or programmed inspections: These are routine inspections conducted based on OSHA's scheduling system and targeted towards industries or workplaces with a higher risk of hazards or violations. so the answer D. seems not the best option but accepctable.
