1. From the InfoSight Main Menu ( ), go to Resources > Support. 2. Click New Case. 3. Select the severity from the Severity list. 4. Type in a brief summary of the problem including as much information as possible. While you type, suggestions are presented below the text field. After you click out of the Summary field, article titles appear on the right side of the screen. 5. Optional: Click one of the article suggestions to read the article. 6. Type in a description of the issue, including as much of the suggested information as possible. The list of articles continues to update as you include more information in the description field. 7. Select the affected array from the Affected Array list. You must select an array before you can submit the case. 8. Click Submit Case.

Not 100% sure, but I think you can create a case from Wellness tab - https://infosight.hpe.com/InfoSight/media/cms/active/public/pubs_InfoSight_User_Guide_for_HPE_Alletra_6000__HPE_Nimble_Storage_2.pdf

Infosight looks different, but you have to open a support case under Resources->General->InfosightSupport
