Your customer needs a server that will support a new Big Data analytics solution. The customer requires parallel processing and a server that will use nigh core counts and memory capacity.
This question needs to be changed, since it is relevant for Gen10/10 Plus platforms.
With the release of Gen 11 AMD still supports more cores (96 per CPU vs 64 for Intel), but less memory (up to 6TB vs 8TB for Intel). So it is confusing. I would consider DL385 though, because of the better parallel computational performance based on higher amount of cores.
