I believe A and D are correct but I would say A because that is how most of Google Services allow you to define the privacy by restricting data access or sharing policies.
To me this is a general question, not just Google. Privacy defined by compliance standards makes more sense. A seems to be a general response to restrictions on data not specific to cloud technology.
