A is correct. Key is manage centrally. manage these workloads consistently and centrally, and you want to stop managing infrastructure.

I thought B as correct answer. Since this refers to mission-critical workloads, I was thinking of centralized ops. However this doesn't say confidential workloads, so in that case A may be the correct answer
