That's a tricky one! The question implies that the shared project is located on the personal drive of the user who's on long-term leave. In that case, B is the correct answer. In case the data was stored in a Shared Drive, even if the user was owner of that data, their suspension would not interrupt the access of the rest of employees, therefore answer A would suffice.
