You are in the process of deploying an internal HTTP(S) load balancer for your web server virtual machine (VM) instances. What two prerequisite tasks must be completed before creating the load balancer? (Choose two.)
A.
Choose a region.
B.
Create firewall rules for health checks.
C.
Reserve a static IP address for the load balancer.
D.
Determine the subnet mask for a proxy-only subnet.
E.
Determine the subnet mask for Serverless VPC Access.
A) No: The region must match that of your application instances, so there is no choice to be made.
B) Yes: FW rules are needed for the healthchecks (and also for the proxies)
C) No: Reserving a static IP for the LB is an optional step, not a prerequisite
D) Yes: A proxy-only subnet reservation is necessary for the Internal HTTP Load Balancer
E) No: Serverless VPC Access is not relevant to this question

Correction,
A and D are correct,
Within the VPC network, configure a subnet in each region where your backends are configured. In addition, configure a proxy-only-subnet in each region that you want to configure the load balancer.
I'll go with B & D
Since the question asks for prerequisites to create the LB, not the VMs; and the VM instances are already there, then there is no need to choose a region.
A - choosing the region is part of the pre-requisite then by choosing the region you're also in the process of doing (D) determining the subnet mask for proxy-only subnet.
B - since this is essential, w/o HC, you cant monitor the health of your backend
A - When you create an internal HTTP(S) load balancer, you must choose a specific region where the load balancer and its associated resources (like backend services and VM instances) will be deployed.
B - The internal HTTP(S) load balancer needs to perform health checks on the backend VM instances to determine their availability and health.
I think is can be A & B
B is obvious....
However you don't configure the subnet mask separately from the subnet for the proxy-only subnet.
You do need to choose the region of deployment
The two prerequisite tasks that must be completed before creating an internal HTTP(S) load balancer are to choose a region and to determine the subnet mask for a proxy-only subnet.
