Media Capture: Disabled (to prevent audio recordings of sensitive data). QoS Capture: Disabled (to avoid metadata exposure). IVR Capture: Needs to be carefully configured for compliance, but not automatically disabled. Protocol Capture: Remains enabled, as it doesn't directly involve sensitive data.

A. Media Capture C. QoS Capture Media Capture: Disabled to ensure audio recordings (including sensitive information like payment card data) are not captured during PCI-sensitive interactions. IVR Capture: Not automatically disabled. However, you must design the IVR flow carefully to avoid collecting or storing sensitive information like card details unless compliant methods are in place (e.g., secure IVR input). QoS Capture: Disabled because it may capture metadata related to the media stream, which could indirectly reveal sensitive information.

What is different in Genesys Cloud with the PCI DSS compliance setting enabled? Genesys Cloud provides PCI DSS-compliant organizations a similar user interface and user experience as non-PCI DSS-compliant organizations. PCI DSS-compliant organizations disable the logging of DTMF and media capture by the Edge. Selected Answer: AB https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/pci-dss-compliance/

It's a Secure Flow - No Media or IVR capture Secure flows mask the audio paths and sensitive data captured through an automated IVR call flow. Refer: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/secure-flows/
