Selected Answer: C
C would be the correct answer: Agent Login-Logout Details Report. The Agent Login-Logout Details report displays the start time, end time, and duration of logged-in time for one or more agents. It shows Start Time, End Time and the total duration of the session, from log in to log out of the agent. https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/agent-login-logout-details-report/
