A. Set UUI Data: Used to attach User-to-User Information (UUI) to a call, typically for passing contextual data between systems or contact centers.
B. Get Participant Data: Retrieves data associated with a call participant, but it doesn’t interact with external CRMs directly.
C.Call Data Action is used to read and write data from external systems, including CRMs, through data actions. In Genesys Cloud CX, this feature allows flows to interact with CRM systems by making API calls to fetch or update customer information in real time.
D. Set Participant Data: Assigns or updates participant attributes during a call but is limited to interaction-level data and doesn’t directly perform CRM operations.

Call Data action
A Call Data Action selects and sets up attributes for a custom data action configured previously by an administrator in Genesys Cloud. For example, use this action to retrieve specific attributes about a contact from a CRM database, such as name, address, contact numbers, account number, or account status.
