SBOK -1.4.4.2 "Create Sprint Backlog—In this process, the Scrum Core Team creates a Sprint Backlog containing all tasks to be completed in a Sprint as part of the Sprint Planning Meeting."
Sprint backlog is created during the Sprint Planning which happens at the beginning of new sprint. In Sprint Planning, the Scrum Team identifies the User Stories to be completed for that particular Sprint and then with the help of Product Owner understands the User Stories and puts them in the Sprint
Correct Answer Is D
In the 2nd half of Sprint Planning Meeting It is decided which Product Backlog items will be finished in the current sprint. So, answer should be option D.
When a sprint ends any unfinished tasks are placed in the Product Backlog, then when a new sprint begins at sprint planning tasks are pulled from the Product Backup and put into the Sprint Backlog, so surely the answers should be D as nothing exists before Sprint Planning?
answer c is correct. because Prior to the Sprint Planning meeting would mean the prior Sprint.
