It's Port 2. Port 3 and 4 have packet loss so they are eliminated. Port 1 and Port 2 have no packet loss but because the strategy is Lower Qost the tie breaker is qost number. The lowest cost number will be selected.

Should this not be port 2 ? Port 4 and Port 3 not selected due to packet loss, Port 1 has higher cost. Leaving port 2.

Port 4 is alive, so it passed SLA_1, port4 is correct.

Ok, I take it back, SLA target still counts: https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortigate/7.2.3/administration-guide/342836/lowest-cost-sla-strategy

Was thinking the same since the packet loss threshold is set to 0%, which rules port4 out for me.

The interface that meets SLA targets is selected. When there is a tie, the interface with the lowest assigned cost is selected. FortiGate_Infrastructure_7.0_Study_Guide-Online – page 95 First must passed the target, after pass the cost y finally pass interface preference

Selected Answer: A
The correct answer is A. To determine the best path for traffic in Fortinet's SD-WAN implementation, a "lowest cost" algorithm is used that considers the cost metric associated with each available WAN link. In this case, Port 4 and 3 are eliminated due to packet loss, leaving Port 1 and Port 2 as the available paths. The next stage of elimination is based on the highest cost. Port 1 has a high cost of 15, which makes it less desirable than Port 2. Therefore, Port 1 is eliminated, and Port 2 is selected as the winner. For more information, please refer to the Fortigate Infrastructure 7.0 Study Guide, page 95.

porta 3 e 4 estão com perda de pacote o elegivél seria a porta 4 por te menor custo mais como estratégia de intelogência do sd-wan ele elegerá a proxima porta que esteja com custo e com menor perda que no caso é a 2.

Does 0% is really 0.000000%? Does not mean less than 1% (<1%). Because if even a decimal above 0 means SLA is not met then in a real scenario is always going to be flapping.
