You can't change the country of already created or cloned AP profiles (I just tested it on 6.4.8), so the correct answer is D.

Cloning pre-create Forti-AP profile with default config but creation of new profile allows you to specify settings before it is created.

You cannot change the country settings on a cloned profile. You have to create a new profile.
