How port2 can be the default route, if its destination isn`t 0.0.0.0? I`m not sure that C is the correct answer.

C is correct. And Port 2 appears without 0.0.0.0/0 because it has the same distance(10) as port 1. And 0.0.0.0 appears in Port 1, because it has the best(lowest) priority(20). I hope it helps.
