A & D, if you run a script on the device database, it will not create a new revisiion. It will create one after you install the policy to the device

A: if you run a script on a device database or on a policy package, you must perform an installation on the managed device. ---> If the script runs on device db is not installed automatically on the device. D: Correct. The script modifies the device database but is not yet installed on the managed device. B: is wrong because the "revision" is created when the script run in the remote FortiGate directly. C: is wrong because you haven't run the script on the remote FortiGate yet.

A is Wrong. You also have ability to execute TCL or CLI scripts directly on managed device. D is wrong, "Modified" is when the device database is updated on FMG and not yet installed on managed device.
