I can"t agree with you, because "Use client-specified SMTP server to send email" is enabled. Therefore outgoing session use proxy. So I think the original answer (B and C) is correct
B & C are correct. Fortimail Study Guide 6.4, page 421.
Quick resume: 1-If you enable the check: Use client-specified SMTP server to send mail (Outgoing sessions), and the check: Use this domain`s SMTP server to deliver the mail (Incoming session), FM doesn't use the built-in MTA -> B is correct
2- The incoming proxy supports message queuing, but outgoing proxy does not-> C is correct
