A is correct. B : This is used to force the advertisement of a prefix even if it is not present in the routing table, it does not affect the MED. C : This is used to filter prefixes, but it does not modify BGP attributes such as the MED. D : This is also only used to filter advertised routes, without modifying any BGP attributes.
