Correct answer is B. IKEv2 was designed to improve upon IKEv1, and one of the notable features is that although IKEv2 is not backward‐compatible with IKEv1, both share enough of the header format so that they can run unambiguously over the same UDP port (UDP 500). https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc4306
