https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-Explaining-the-diagnose-hard-sysinfo-memory/ta-p/294211 D is false because the documentation states that "Inactive" represents memory used for processes that were not recently active. "Inactive(file)" represents buffer/cache memory which is free. The "Inactive" value itself doesn't directly represent unused cache pages. Correct answer is BC.
