my answer is CD. fortiGate will not advertise a BGP network unless it has a matching route in its local routing table. in this case, FGT-B’s interface is in the 172.16.54.0/24 subnet, but the BGP configuration is set to 172.16.0.0/16. to fix this, you can either modify the prefix to 172.16.54.0/24 (Answer C), or disable the network-import-check (Answer D) so that FortiGate will advertise the network even without an exact route match.
