Answer is A and B. Load Balancing is for equally weighted pref values and only when the primary mx domain is unavailable then is the secondary used

A and B, MTA with the lowest preference always has the highest priority, in this case hosted.com is the primary and only when the pimary is unavailable then is the secondary used(example.com)
