Correcting myself, we don't know wheter policies 5 and 17 have anything to do with the mentioned ports so we can't know if that will have any effect on traffic, correct answers would be CD

diagnose npu np6 port-list displays a list of the ports available on Fortigate, it can not be used to disable specific ports. This is either done in the firewall policy itself or with the "diagnose npu np6 fastpatch disable" command. Pages 107 - 109 of the Network Security Support Engineer Study Guide
