A is wrong, because there is no device connected on that port - it is just the default vlan on that one B is wrong, because "Learned Uplink" refers to any kind of uplink and does not have to be FortiLink mode C is correct, because in "IP Adress", we can see the ip that this port belongs to, so it must be the management address of the switch ("device containing the port") D is correct, because we can see a rogue ("unknown") host on that port.
