The diagnose endpoint record list command is used to check the ZTNA endpoint records registered with FortiGate. If Remote-Client is missing from the list, it means that FortiGate has not recorded any connections from that client. The most likely reason for this is that Remote-Client has not yet initiated a connection to the ZTNA access proxy, so FortiGate has no record of it. The other alternatives would probably appear in the record list.
