I'm going with B: There must be a typo because logs are strored on FortiAnalyzer and not FortiManager. You can also run reports from FortiManager but the logs are located on FortiAnalzyer.
FortiManager gives visibility into the logs on FortiAnalyzer, providing a single pane of glass on FortiManager.
When FortiManager manages a FortiAnalyzer device, all configuration and data is kept on FortiAnalyzer to
support the following FortiAnalyzer features:
• FortiView
• Log View
• Incidents & Events
• Reports
When the features are enabled manually by using the System Settings module, logs are stored and FortiAnalyzer features are configured on the FortiManager.

B is Correct,
When FortiAnalyzer is added to FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer features are automatically enabled to support the managed FortiAnalyzer unit, and cannot be disabled.
